Our Woodstock Location

We are TEMPORARILY only available in our WOODSTOCK LOCATION on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.  Our same Woodstock doctors and staff are happy to see our patients in our WRJ location on Monday-Friday and most Saturdays. We are so sorry for the inconvenience!

For Our Usual Woodstock Clients:

***Food and Medication pick ups may be done in our Woodstock location on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays and in our WRJ office Monday-Saturday. Please call ahead to ensure your items are waiting for you.

***The usual phone number for our Woodstock location will be answered out of our WRJ location Thursday through Saturday.

***We will work with you to find as convenient an appointment as possible, in either location. Thank you for being flexible, and know that you will see familiar faces in our WRJ location!
