Jonathan Young, DVM

Jonathan Young is an associate Veterinarian at Veremedy Pet Hospital. Jon hails from south eastern Connecticut and grew up hiking and backpacking up and down New England, engendering a deep love for the Green Mountain State. Jon's commitment to animal health and welfare was fostered at a small organic farm outside Boston where he learned to love all species and find joy in their wellbeing. Jon pursued his DVM at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and joined a mixed animal practice here in Vermont. With a desire to focus his craft, Jon joined Veremedy to hone in on small animal nutrition, preventative medicine, and enhancing the human-animal bond.

Jon and his wife are kept busy by their three toddlers and two dogs.
